How it Works: Upon enrollment you will receive login credentials to your exclusive membership portal. Beginning on day 1, and every Monday thereafter, your coursework will be available in your membership portal to participate in at your leisure. You can expect to invest approximately 1-3 hours per week learning and applying the strategies.


 

Michelle Reitzner, MAPP

Michelle Reitzner, Founder and CEO of The Signature Wellbeing Center, LLC has trained thousands of people in resilience and positive psychology tools. As a former Captain in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, she launched the state’s first program geared at increasing the resilience and enhancing the performance of Soldiers and family members through this time of protracted warfare. She is now dedicated to helping businesses do the same. She holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Edgewood College and is a Martha Beck trained coach.
